The Land of Milk and Honey For D2

I am running for Dallas County Commissioner for District 2 because I believe our community deserves better than what the current 5–0 one-party machine has delivered.

I’m not here to tear anyone down. I’m here to offer something better — a clear vision I call The Land of Milk and Honey for District 2.

Picture a district where government is limited and serves the people instead of controlling them. Where families feel safe in their neighborhoods. Where you keep more of your hard-earned money instead of watching it disappear into endless debt and unapproved spending. Where elections are fair, transparent, and trusted. And where our leaders operate with real ethics and zero conflicts of interest.

That is the future I am fighting for.

Right now, too many in District 2 feel like the government treats them like a personal ATM machine. The incumbent has been part of decisions to pass hundreds of millions in debt through Certificates of Obligation — without any debate and without voter approval. Now they want to spend another $25 million from that same unapproved debt on a deflection center in our neighborhood, with no clear plan and no public input. That’s not leadership. That’s the machine doing what it always does — spending other people’s money while ignoring the real needs of families.

I will do things differently.

As your commissioner, I will fight for safer neighborhoods where families and children come first. I will support strong property rights and practical solutions that actually reduce crime and disorder — not just throw money at problems.

I will work to keep more money in your pocket. No more treating District 2 like an ATM. I will demand real fiscal responsibility and start by calling for a full independent third-party forensic audit of Dallas County finances. It has been far too long since we’ve had that kind of real outside scrutiny, and the people deserve to know exactly where every dollar is going.

I will bring ethics in government that we can actually trust. My opponent has raised repeated ethical questions — through law firm conflicts, insider relationships, and actions that appear to use official power for partisan or personal advantage. I will not have those conflicts. I will be an independent watchdog with no strings attached — someone who puts District 2 first, every single time.

I will also take a smart, balanced approach to homelessness. Yes, we must help people who are struggling — but we must do it in ways that also protect the safety and quality of life in our neighborhoods. My opponent’s plan puts ideology and big spending ahead of both results and public safety. We can do better.

I will fight to restore real election integrity. I stood up for precinct-based voting because it protects the constitutional right to a secret ballot, keeps elections closer to the people, and strengthens the chain of custody and auditability. Those are "Just the Facts!" My opponent attacked my efforts to secure constitutional and lawful elections and instead celebrated turning certain religious institutions tied to problematic networks into permanent polling locations. That raises serious questions about neutrality and Texas sovereignty.

District 2 deserves leaders who protect our communities from radical influences — whether they come from Marxist-linked sources or organized efforts that undermine our values. I will stand against the Red-Green Alliance and any alliances that prioritize ideology over the people of this district.

In 1776, our ancestors fought to be citizens, not subjects. That spirit is still alive in District 2. We don’t have to accept a one-party machine that hides spending in executive session, passes massive debt without our approval, and makes decisions that raise ethical red flags.

We can have something better.

The Land of Milk and Honey for District 2 is within reach — safer streets, more money in your pocket, real ethics in government, fair elections, and leaders who serve instead of control.

I am asking for your help to make it happen. Volunteer with us. Tell your neighbors. And on Election Day, vote for the independent watchdog who will fight for you — not the machine.

Together, we can restore transparency, accountability, and the kind of government that truly serves the people of District 2.
