Limit government, not people.
We are all born with "unalienable" rights endowed by our Creator. Whether it is religious freedom, medical freedom, or our 2nd amendment right to bear arms, I am a constitutional conservative who will always stand for liberty over tyranny. The ultimate betrayal by our elected officials is when they don't listen to their constituents and go against their interests, especially when it is for personal gain. The Commissioners Court and its appropriation of funds over our judicial courts should not be used for a commissioner's business and personal profits. I will represent the constituents of District 2 by always fighting for transparency and accountability making sure the only ones who profit from the court's policies are the Dallas County residents. I will work to put an end to government overreach and executive orders because, as Thomas Jefferson said, "a government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."
We all deserve a good return on investment. But right now, our commissioners court is not doing such a good job. We all deserve a good return on investment. But right now, our commissioners court is not doing such a good job. If the commissioners on the court and judge were our financial planners or wealth managers, we would fire them all. I will be a good steward of your money and make it a priority to keep Dallas County honest. That means starting with a forensic audit to put an end to waste and fraud enabling us to finally actually cut taxes.
We all have a right to know what exactly is going on with our money. It's time for some accountability.
I will also fight to put an end to the habitual use of executive sessions being held by a court intent on avoiding the Open Meetings Act. We need transparency.
We currently have 4 Democrat Commissioners and 1 Democrat County Judge on the court. While almost half of Dallas County consider themselves to be Republican, there is not 1 Republican on the court who can provide a voice for this very large constituency. But the race for Commissioner extends beyond partisan politics.
People ask me, "What can 1 Republican on the court really accomplish? You'll be only 1 vote out of 5."
My answer has been consistent: "As a lifelong conservative, I will be your watchdog providing transparency and accountability to a court that needs it and the citizens of Dallas County deserve."

As an attorney-mediator-arbitrator, I have an inherent passion for justice. I will continue to fight for American justice and against Sharia law and the Islamification of our country - city by city, county by county, and state by state.
Every Texan is on the front line in defending not just Texas but the United States from illegal entry at our border. The past policies of open borders enabled terrorists and special interest aliens safe passage and the cartels to inundate our sovereign state importing slavery, human and sex trafficking, and illegal drugs that continue to plague the United States, Texas, and Dallas County more specifically. As opposed to the current county policy to hold back information regarding when criminal illegal aliens are being released from jail, I will make every effort to work with federal law enforcement and ICE in relaying that information to effectuate deportation of that criminal element which would otherwise be back on the streets putting our families in harm's way,

We must secure our elections with fully auditable results for every race and every ballot.
Having served as an election judge, an expert witness on a federal court case of first impression regarding election auditability, ballot secrecy, and the unconstitutional and unlawful nature of Countywide Voting, I know first-hand the potential issues of fraud that exist in our current election system. I will make it a priority to address election integrity issues as it relates to electronic voting systems, mail-in voting, and more in order to make sure that the citizens of Dallas County have every legal vote count and that their votes will not be diluted. The only way to secure our elections is to return to election day assigned-precinct voting on hand-marked hand-counted paper ballots.

"What starts in Texas changes the world."
But when the Dallas County Commissioners Court takes it upon itself to issue vaccine and mask mandates and executive orders closing down businesses, it really does change the world... for the worse. That is exactly what happened under the leadership of the current county judge and his personal attorney who represented him in court on these matters and who now serves as the current commissioner of District 2. Any money given to the government for any reason is never "public funds." It's taxpayer money. When given back to the taxpayer, it should never have any strings attached.
Taxpayers should never be forced to pay for unethical policies to incentivize children with coupons to the state fair to get vaccinated. Not only is it unethical and dangerous to our children's health, but it is also bad stewardship of our money.
As a father of three young girls, I learned early on that each one is unique and special in her own way. Just as each one exhibits her own individual personality she also processes what she hears, sees, and reads differently. And when it comes to their health, there is no one size fits all medicine or medical treatment for every child or adult. Parents shouldn't be told by the government how to educate her child or what vaccine to administer or untested dangerous medical treatment she should undergo. In a Communist country one of the government's roles is to usurp parental rights over the children. In America we don't believe in that. In Texas, we don't stand for it. Parental rights are paramount. And how a parent chooses to raise a child is, too.
Dallas County Commissioners recently approved Parkland Health’s $3.1 billion budget for the 2026 fiscal year. For the first time since 2019 the safety net hospital system didn't lower its tax rate, in anticipation of possible future funding losses. About 70 percent of babies are delivered by undocumented mothers.
When it comes to the ever-growing issue of homelessness, there's a lot of throwing money at supposed solutions that always fail and usually exacerbate the problem. And of course there is also a lot of pointing fingers. This is one area the county should work with philanthropic and religious organizations to address the needs of approximately 50% of homeless individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The county, however, should make sure it uses its resources wisely in ensuring treatment facilities are available for those who are mentally ill and drug addicted.
The culture war is real. It's a battle between good and evil. The culture war is real. It's a battle between good and evil. And just like throughout history when the fascists and communists turned children against their parents, today's woke purveyors of evil on both the left and the right are coming after our children. I am an advocate for policies based on Texans' shared Judeo-Christian traditional values and morals. When a society is no longer based on shared values and morals, it becomes a society of lawlessness. Choose the path of Sodom and Gomorrah or just sit back and do nothing under the guise of being tolerant, evil will win out spelling the end of civilization as we know it. The first way to ensure the safety of our children is by society turning back to God. The second way is by protecting children and guaranteeing parental rights. The government aids and abets those set on turning our civilization and society upside down by not just normalizing but celebrating child abuse policies wherein the lives of our most vulnerable in society are put at risk.
I will be a strong fighter against the woke policies of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion which only lead to Division, Exclusion, and Indoctrination. I will also stand against policies of ESG being rewarded in the marketplace and dangerous Marxist Critical Race Theory (CRT) being promoted and taught in the classroom.
Finally, I will make it a point that there is no place for the Red Green Groyper Alliance in Dallas County.
