As a result of our recount of the March 5, 2024 Republican Primary, we uncovered evidence of broken chain of custody, fraud, unsigned ballots, missing ballots, and much more. It didn't take long to realize that countywide voting was a source of a lot of these issues and lack of true auditability.
As we looked deeper into the countywide voting issues, we uncovered evidence confirming that just under 20,000 Dallas County and well over 100,000 Texas voters' constitutional rights of voter privacy and ballot secrecy were violated.
On May 17,2024 Barry Wernick sent a declaration of truth and a petition for a redress of grievances concerning the findings of unconstitutionality of countywide voting relating to the blatant violations of voter privacy and ballot secrecy to the Secretary of State, and the county judges and election administrators of the 96 Texas counties that have opted in to the Countywide Polling Place Program (CWPPP) provided for by the Texas Election Code Section 43.0007.
A thorough review of the following laws and statutes reveals the flaw with countywide voting is that there is no legal way to strike a balance.
Thus it is, in and of itself, illegal.
Texas Election Code § 122.001(a)(1): A voting system may not be used in an election unless the system preserves the secrecy of the ballot.
Texas Constitution Article 6, Section 4: In all elections by the people, the vote shall be by ballot, and the Legislature shall provide for the numbering of tickets and make such other regulations as may be necessary to detect and punish fraud and preserve the purity of the ballot box; and the Legislature shall provide by law for the registration of all voters.
52 U.S.C. § 21081(a)(2)(A): The voting system shall produce a record with an audit capacity for such system.
Texas Election Code § 122.001(a)(10): A voting system may not be used in an election unless the system is capable of providing records from which the operation of the voting system may be audited.
Civil Rights Act of 1960 § 301: requiring the preservation of all records relating to any “act requisite to voting” codified in 52 U.S.C. §§ 20701-20706
52 U.S.C. § 21081(a)(2)(B)(i): The voting system shall produce a permanent paper record with a manual audit capacity for such system.

Barry Wernick is the Make Texas Great Again Candidate
Morgan Meyer Isn't Telling The Truth
"Let's turn the Democrat-controlled 'Republican' legislature RED!"
Barry wants to unite the GOP, not the Uni-party.
What does that mean?
For years we have been electing representatives who do not actually represent us.
How does that happen?
They are simply the only ones on the ballot with an "R" next to their names. Many have never been challenged at all, let alone by real Republicans. So, we continually vote for them because there is no alternative.
When you add the fact that there are no term limits, those elected officials become entrenched in the "Austin Swamp" and stop listening to us - the people who elected them. Instead of taking their marching orders from their constituents, they begin taking their marching orders from the big donors, lobbyists, and the political elite.
And to make matters worse, transparency and accountability are thrown out of the window.
Our current House District 108 State Representative is the perfect picture of what's wrong in Austin.
Do you ever wonder why he doesn't listen to you?
Maybe he is more concerned with his "constituents" in Austin where he received almost half a million dollars from the speaker Dade Phelan's Campaign and his State Leadership Committee in the 2022 election cycle.
Finally we have a choice to vote for a real Republican who shares our conservative values.
We deserve a voice in Austin.
Barry wants to be our voice.
He will always listen to his constituents and take his marching orders from us.
It's time to limit government, not people.
Do you ever feel like the deck is stacked against you?
Perhaps you're playing with bad cards.
Perhaps you need to change the deck.
The Texas Legislature is a "House of Bad Cards."
It's time for some straight dealing.
A great place to start is with the "Ace of Elitists" in House District 108 where our representative received almost $1 million from his top 5 donors and a total of $1,969,093 in 2022 cycle.
As House Impeachment Manager he disenfranchised voters, disregarded our court system, and violated the Constitution by taking away the due process rights of an attorney-general who actively fights against the Biden Administration and is the highest elected law enforcement officer in Texas.
Our representative supported the Biden agenda voting almost 50% of the time with Democrats against the GOP platform on contested Republican bills.
It may be hard to believe. But it's true.
Here are the facts:
Do you think in these economic times voting to inflate our budget by 29% is a bad idea?
Then you agree with Barry.
In fact anyone who calls himself fiscally responsible - Republican or Democrat - would agree.
But our current representative voted to pass the largest budget increase in Texas history.
According to the Legislative Budget Board, our fiscally irresponsible representative - the "Ace of Elitists" and Chair of the Ways and Means - voted to raise our budget by $56 Billion costing every Texan - man, woman, and child - $1,867.
That's over $9,300 for a family of 5!
Yet he claims he has provided us with the greatest tax cuts in history.
Does that sound like tax relief to you?
Barry doesn't think so.
Barry is a fiscal conservative who will be a good steward of our money.
One of these Republicans is not like the others.
One of these Republicans doesn't belong.
Can you guess which one is the "Republican" who almost always opposes Republicans more than Democrats?
That's right.
Our current Texas House District 108 State Representative, Morgan Meyer.

Our HD108 representative was an impeachment manager.
