Although the recount efforts were shut down prematurely by the recount supervisor and her appointed chair before we could finish scanning all challenged ballots and supporting materials as permitted by Texas Election Code Sec. 213.013(i), we uncovered numerous polling location ballot boxes with broken or missing chain of custody, missing ballots, additional ballots, and unlawful ballots without judges' required signatures.

The most shocking findings included the discovery of violations of our constitution Article 6 Sec. 2(c) and federal/state laws (e.g. Texas Election Code Sec. 122.001(a)(1)) affecting the privacy and secrecy of the ballot of 20,000 Dallas County voters and tens of thousand more throughout Texas who participated in the March 5, 2024 primary.

Until there is an injunction in place against the Countywide Polling Place Program (CWPPP) and ultimately the legislature repeals Texas Election Code 43.007 authorizing the program, WE URGE ALL SUPPORTERS AND CITIZENS OF TEXAS TO VOTE IN THEIR ASSIGNED PRECINCTS TO PROTECT THEIR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY AT THE BALLOT BOX AND SECRECY OF THEIR BALLOTS.

Funds are still needed to pay for public awareness campaigns and legal efforts as we move forward to put an end to the Countywide Polling Place Program and early voting programs authorized in any county allowing for voting outside one's assigned precinct.
